Difficulty when credit card changes

If more than one number to an account please make it very clear, not a scroll down box, which number you are renewing. Also please allow a change of paying instructions to PayPal without having to put a manual PayPal payment first. When pointed out to Tello, they refunded the extra month paid quickly. Impressive response.

I purchased the plan with a 20 gb data…

I purchased the plan with a 20 gb data limit because me and my wife have never used even close to that amount. Everything else is unlimited. The cost including taxes is $ 45 per month for BOTH of us. The transfer from my former carrier T-mobil was relatively easy once they knew that I was pretty p.... of about them. The Tello plan is actually better since I can call to Germany at no charge at all. Everything else workes beautifully, and my wife actually forgot that we had changed carriers since we also kept our old numbers. Currently we are extremely happy to have switched to Tello.
