I ordered a new phone from Tello.... it arrived as scheduled. The package includes phone case and screen protector with the screen protector already been applied to the phone (AWESOME).

The customer service representative , Carmen from Romania was outstanding and on a scale of 1 to 10 , she was a 12 , as it related to my customer service questions and I had several which she answered promptly and completely. I think I’m gonna be a happy new customer I just signed up last night and it is literally the best deal I could find and I searched long and hard before I made the decision. For a relatively unknown company their service is great. I never have issues. Their payment processing and billing is excellent. Best value if you are looking to save on your cell service by not paying for the big name brand companies everyone knows. My Tello does use one of the top tier brand name networks so you can't go wrong!
