Lucas gave excellent and kind attention to my immediate need. i made an error buying a new number with eSIM card but really needed a SIM card for my dual phone number iphone 11. it was easy correction and was credited for my error. expecting my newSIM card in two days. i also got the best plan for both numbers. highly recommend Tello to everyone i know.

The person who helped us at Tello was so patient with us! He helped us to restore our eSIM that we accidentally deleted. This took us a while to navigate through, but he calmly hung in there with us and got us where we needed to be. His knowledge of the system was very helpful and gave us a good feeling. Thank you!
